@Leafs2010 @CityNewsTO No one fell off the cliff. We were there. The lake had no waves, or debri. Visibility was high. 2 guards on the beach & one on a boat at the water boundary facing us. The guy’s jet ski apparently deflated & he drowned. They found the jet ski first & asked if someone left it. :(

@Momto23 @CTVToronto My understanding is they paid under 2000 in cash to buy the furniture. For whatever reason they’re including the price of the new crib set (also under 2000 & purchased with cash) to the total loss. So their actual money loss is under 2000 as they’d have bought one anyway.

@ONT_Dad Which job pays well these days anyway. Especially in Canada. No matter how much you make you’re likely in debt. Atleast with lower paying jobs you take home a bigger ratio. If only politicians focused on real things, like boosting the economy (aside from injecting free money).
