@MTNNG@MTNNG, please I woke up to my line been barred today. This is very inconvenient as this is my official line. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this situation urgently as I'm being told to go to the office, bearing in mind today is a public holiday. Thank you.
I have had similar experiences with Eco bank few weeks ago. My Mum money was removed from her savings account, few days before she was suppose to travel and till today that money has not been refunded back despite lounging several complaints to the bank.@ecobank_nigeria

@UNIONBANK_NG We constantly remind our aged parents to safeguard their PIN and sensitive information, even going as far to discourage mobile banking to avoid stories. Yet, despite it all, look at us with a story that not only touches but it sends shivers down your spine.
@UNIONBANK_NG@UNIONBANK_NG My mother's phone was stolen, and somehow, all her entire savings lost through a medium she has NEVER used for banking. The irony of it all is that the thief did all this in mere hours,while we are still waiting for a resolution after weeks. 😢😢
@UNIONBANK_NG Ps: In all the things we should worry about, the safety of our money in the banks shouldn't count amongst one of them, especially for our senior citizens.

@UNIONBANK_NG Who do we need to contact to expedite this matter? We urgently need assistance to recover her funds and restore her peace of mind. My mother is gradually fading away in front of all of us.
@AirtelNigeria, please, my mother, did a welcome back since on Monday (2nd September, 2024). We inserted the SIM at 6pm as advised and up to now, it is still showing us "emergency services". Please help, this is affecting a whole lot of her activities. Thank you.
