@AirtelNigeria, after visiting your office this morning, site visit has finally happened and the issue rectified. I wish the site visit had been done earlier like I requested, still glad it's resolved. Thank you @NgComCommission for wading in.
@NgComCommission@ConsumersNCC@fccpcnigeria, it's 10 days now without internet in my ODU router. @AirtelNigeria continue to say they are working on it but the problem is the hardware outside, how can it be fixed remotely without site visit?
Dear @AirtelNigeria, 8 days without internet on my ODU router. Made 20+ calls, 10k airtime on customer care calls, promised technicians? No show, & received repeated promises but no resolution. I don't need another apology-I need it resolved today. @NgComCommission@fccpcnigeria
@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission But I've heard and been told these exact words in the past 10 days!!! Personally I don't believe them anymore. Just this issue please. It's impacted my work, study and interrupted my life in general. Please, abeg, biko make una fix dis matter!!!
@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission Also, by day 10, I would imagine you would assign one person to my case so that they follow up to the end but no, it's Raphael, then Ladi, etc. I sincerely hope that I get closure today but sadly I am not optimistic. I've lost confidence in @AirtelNigeria
@Kingembrose@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission@fccpcnigeria It's sad. For me, it was to expire on the 4th of July, I renewed subscription on the 29th of June. Since 1st of July, it's been "No internet." I have called and called but they have tossed and turned me, rinse and repeat. No fixing done. It's really sad.
@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission@fccpcnigeria Thanks @AirtelNigeria it still "No internet." Truth is this isn't the first time. One of many- 1st week of purchase in Nov. Tech came after Wuse 2 office visit. I think it may be the device, your tech team may need to replace it, a home visit would help.
