This is an important statement by @USAinHKMacau on #NSL.

Meeting diplomats in #HongKong was vital for my job @justicecentrehk & working on #UPR with @HongKongUPR. It was also vital so diplomats could do their job.

It really is ludicrous to suggest any of that was "collusion".
