You can now request an Uber Safari and one of these vans will show up and take you on a 3-hour game drive at the Nairobi National Park for about $190 (Ksh 25,000). My question is, isn't this killing tourism and local travel and tours companies to benefit Uber a foreign company?
As a budget build I made mistakes, many many mistakes but the one that will bite me till the end of time is using DPM in place of DPC... Nalia machozi peke yangu.. avoid such and seek professional services....
Hiyo 3-4k I saved will bite me expeditiously..
Go check the build on how I have spent 820k till today https://t.co/MOA7ueGrN8
Dear Built-Environment Professionals,
This how you should charge site visits;
Take the distance from your office to & from the site location in KMs & multiply by AA Kenya mileage rates add VAT.. let's use a site in Kisumu assuming your office is in Nairobi.
Distance is 357KM. So you'll charge your client (357KMx2 x Ksh55.5 per KM)+VAT= Ksh39,627 + VAT [16%] Ksh6,340= Ksh45,960
TOTAL is Ksh45,960.
NB: This has to be paid before you leave Nairobi for that Site Visit.
