Not about $6.99 but the principle. Would you pay twice for upgrading your cell plans within the same month? There’s a thing called prorated or difference of the plans.If this is how Netflix does business I’ll make sure everyone I know knows.Thank god for other options these days.

@Ted_Netflix_CEO Hello, I have an issue I would like to address as a long time Netflix customer. Netflix changed my plan WITHOUT a notice downgrading my plan & when I noticed that 3 days later I changed it to the plan I want & of course expected to get charged the difference but

Instead I was charged the full amount for the same month like paying for two different plans for the same house hold. I called customer service and the answer I received was that, that’s how it works with Netflix and if I wanted a refund then to cancel my account. For me it is
