I strongly condemn the ambush attack on Assam Rifles personnel at Nambol, Bishnupur District, carried out by a Meitei armed terrorist group today at approximately 5:30 PM. The attack resulted in the deaths of two Assam Rifles personnel and injured several others. It is unfortunate that these terrorist groups have been receiving support from certain self-proclaimed nationalists like @ramindesai . The Government of India must take immediate and decisive action to eliminate these anti-India terrorist groups, which have been responsible for the deaths of numerous innocent civilians and security personnel over several decades, allegedly with backing from foreign agencies, including the Pakistan ISI. My heartfelt condolences to bereaved family members of our brave jawans. 🙏

Despite being banned in India, Starlink dish and router were seized from an armed political group called RPF (Revolutionary Peoples' Front) and also a Meitei Insurgent group PLA (People's Liberation Army), a Meitei secessionist group banned by the Union Home Ministry.
These devices were being used by Meitei Insurgent groups to coordinate attacks and communicate tactical information.
