@OleksiiKuleba announced the results of the preliminary selection of applicants for the concession of the First and Container Terminals of the Port of Chornomorsk. The competition is currently at the competitive dialogue stage.
The attracted resources will be directed to priority projects identified by the Ukrainian side: the restoration of roads, bridges, port, railway, border and airport infrastructure, the purchase of specialized equipment, as well as the development of logistics routes.
A declaration on the first contributions to the Ukraine Transport Support Fund was signed at URC2026. Among the countries that joined were Lithuania, Sweden and Norway - approximately 1 million euros each, as well as Estonia - 100 thousand euros.
At URC2026, during the Infrastructure Platform, @OleksiiKuleba presented priority PPP projects. Among them: 15 projects that are planned to be launched in 2026. In total, there are more than 30 of them for about $5B in transport, port, road, railway and municipal infrastructure
The project provides for:

🔹 at least $40M in investments
🔹 maintaining throughput capacity 2M tons of cargo per year with the potential for further growth
🔹 annual concession payments to the state
🔹 preservation and creation of new jobs
At URC 2026, MinDev presented another public-private partnership project to investors - the concession of a ferry terminal in the port of Chornomorsk. This is the second project in the maritime sector that Ukraine has initiated to attract capital during a full-scale war.
🏗️ Rebuilding Ukraine requires shared solutions and strong partnerships. During the meeting of the Ukrainian Donor Platform, @OleksiiKuleba presented key priorities for recovery and implementation of community resilience plans ahead of URC2026.

🇺🇦🤝🇦🇱 Ukraine and Albania are opening automotive transport connections. Previously, the transport of goods and passengers was limited due to the lack of legal frameworks. The new Agreement creates the conditions for seamless transport movement between the two nations.
