@stccare_ksa waited a mnth for install, worked for 2 wks, no wifi for a week, someone came to fix but couldn’t. More people today, issue with the cabling fixed, but the cabling on the roof is bad. Will easily be damaged from wind or tripping meaning no wifi again. Shocking work

@British_Airways just had the (dis)pleasure of speaking with your silver customer service team, I’m having to call so often I have them on speed dial… Just been told that the wait time for a response sitting with your cust relations team is 30-60 days - utter rubbish.
2/3 Flight in question was 26th March, patiently waiting for tier points to be awarded which never appeared, query was raised around 7-8 May and now I have to wait 30-60 days from then for BA to get their act together and respond to me.
@Polygon_Live what a disappointment today was. Booked tickets solely to see Jon Hopkins, 40 odd mins late onto the stage and played for only five(ish) minutes. Total joke. Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith also finished her set early. What’s going on???
@AmazonUK I have a problem with a delivery due to arrive today. It’s to a business address, which closes at 5pm, but the delivery is scheduled to arrive by 8pm likely no one will be here to accept. I am unable to find suitable options on your website/app to reschedule or cancel.

@SaudiAirlinesEn flight from RUH to JED delayed, bumped off connecting flight to LHR to one 10 hours later. Manage to get to gate whilst still boarding but not allowed to board flight despite seats available - what’s going on? How does this make any sense??

@VirginAtlantic absolute shit show. After a 26 hour delay getting back to LHR from TPA, without much help, bags have not arrived… Rather than having to wait in for them (and waste more precious time) can find out flight they’ll be on and when they’ll arrive with us?

@VirginAtlantic VS5378 currently delayed by just under 4 hrs. Connecting flight will be missed. No one @tampaairport07 being of any help. My partner does not know when he will return to the UK, all flight seem booked up. Is there anyone who can help
