Notice your friend has been MIA? Feeling some type of way? Instead of assuming they are acting a way you don’t like, check in with them to see why they’ve been so distance you never know what a person is battling 💛🙏🏾
We all experience some form of anxiety from time to time, the important thing is to remember that what you feel is temporary and to not let it overpower you! More positive self talk and less worrying about things we can not control 💛
Now that the weekend is over let’s take some time and reflect on the reasons we were “turning up”. Having drinks is fun unless it’s stemming from an inner issue that you are suppressing with alcohol . Next time you or your friend want to “turn up” evaluate why.
