Abundance: Abundance isn't just about wealth. It's about feeling fulfilled and content. It's about appreciating what we have, while striving for more. This balance creates a life of abundance. #Abundance#Gratitude
Meditation: Meditation is a journey into self-awareness. It's a moment of silence amidst the noise, a moment of clarity amidst the chaos. Start with just 5 minutes a day and observe the transformation. #Meditation#InnerPeace
Holistic Health: Holistic health is about harmony in body, mind, and spirit. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and peace of mind are the ingredients for a healthy life. Nurture your whole self for a complete sense of well-being. #HolisticHealth#Wellbeing
Mindfulness: The beauty of mindfulness is it can be practiced anywhere, anytime. Even a minute of conscious, focused breathing can bring more clarity and peace. Remember, the present moment is all we truly have. #Mindfulness#PresentMoment
5. #MindfulBreathing: The aim of this technique is simply to focus your attention on your breathing, on each inhale and exhale. This helps you to ignore thoughts that may start to enter your mind and keeps you focused on the process of inhalation and exhalation.
4. #AlternateNostrilBreathing Close right nostril and inhale through the left. Then close left nostril, open right, and exhale. Inhale through right nostril, then close it, open left, and exhale. Repeat. This constitutes one round of Alternate Nostril Breathing.
3. #BellyBreathing: Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Take a deep breath in through your nose, ensuring the diaphragm inflates with enough air to create a stretch in the lungs. Exhale out through the mouth. Repeat for a few cycles.
2. #4-7-8Breathing: Also known as the "Relaxing Breath", you inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds, and exhale slowly, to a count of 8. It's a peaceful exercise that can be done anytime you need a few minutes of quiet.
1. #BoxBreathing: This method is all about equal parts. First, exhale to a count of four. Hold your lungs empty for a four-count. Inhale at the same, steady pace, to a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of four. Repeat these steps as many times as needed.
