@British_Airways Already contacted my bank. They said BA is holding it, waiting for it to bounce. There's nothing they can do, I have to wait for it to be refunded or released by BA. It's been over a week. What a huge, embarrassing error for British Airways when I'm a gold club member.

@British_Airways Booked flights last Monday. BA gave me an error code then never gave me a confirmation email or booking number, but have taken nearly £1K from my bank account for the flights. Called multiple times to get confirmation and I keep being told to wait. Help!?
