Sky Sports Tennis via #VirginMedia don’t seem to understand that Central European time is 1 hour ahead of GMT so tennis tournaments in Stuttgart & Hertogenbosch both start at 11am their time, which is 10am GMT but the Virgin tv schedule states live tennis starts at 11am?

Why is the Sky Sport tennis channel through #VirginMedia always an hour behind event start times the #wta 500 event in Strasbourg starts at 1pm, yet on their program schedule live tennis starts at 2pm, so anyone setting a recording at 2pm will miss most of the match?

Watched p/back #Eurovisión2026 Whoever gets the most votes seems to be based on the most outlandishly dressed singers with dramatic visual sets, the quality of their voice and song seems to be immaterial. I don’t know why The UK enters every year only to come last every year

@DailyMirror I dare say somewhere high up in the Scottish highlands a temperature of -5C will be recorded, but down in London the lowest temperature is more likely to be about 5C at nighttime, and around 13C at midday. So hardly a deep freeze?

I hear on #BBCNews today a story about the 10 mile tunnel built under the Chiltern hills to prevent sonic booms from the new #HS2 trains, surely you only get a sonic boom from something travelling over 700 mph, those HS2 trains are not that fast.
