@nathandeanDC Here's some details about our travel nightmare on @united trying to visit friends in Brazil on this same flight. It's a long read. Flight 861 to Sao Paolo was set to depart 6/15 at 10:30pm. Quickly delayed due to mechanical issues (brakes and comms). Departure bumped to 11pm.

@nathandeanDC @united We keep talking to her and she eventually radios others and they bring our bags to baggage claim. This is 10:50pm on 6/16. Per @united's app, flight eventually took off around 11:50pm, over 24 hours late.
