Andale/Garden Plain (4A, 5-1) sophomore Paige Stanhope made a name for herself in her freshman season as she was a big part of their 4A state runner up finish and has already started off stronger in her sophomore season. The 3B/1B is batting .625 on the year with a .812 OBP through the first 6 games of the season. She has a triple and two homers on the year with 9 RBI’s. Stanhope is also perfect in the field with a 1.000 fielding percentage on the year. She said, “We have almost everyone returning from last year’s state runner-up team, and we are excited to continue where we left off. We have strong senior leadership and a great coaching staff. Our goal is to keep getting better each and every day. I am excited to see what we are capable of with a great group of girls!” Stanhope is also a two year varsity basketball player for the Andale Indians that have made back to back state appearances. #sportsinkansas

It started with sophomores tired of losing. Commitment to the weight-room. Setting clear targets on little things like keeping the locker-room clean, 1st downs, good grades, simplifying the playbook.

Andale product Noah Bruce was an all state TE in HS and never lost a HS football game. Bruce now showcasing his ability as a TE/H-Back. Great blocker that finishes plays. Also great hands. Can be utilized as a Hybrid type player in multiple spots: split out or lead blocker.

Our job in Tier 1 is to set the bar, make learners aware of the bar & what it takes to reach it, & then lift ALL learners to the bar.

Lowering anything amounts to nothing.
We raise the learners up instead.
