@KwiksetCorp Please listen to our requests and STOP sending packages to an address without confirming. We bought a HIGH COST lock for our HIGH CRIME area. So please STOP mailing unsecured packages to our home.

@KwiksetCorp we just got this lock in June and you can hear that the battery is not dead. We were excited to have keyless entry but we had a major issue. We had to hire a locksmith to get back into our house.

@KwiksetCorp The UPS delivery tracking said delivery by 7pm and we stayed home until 7pm waiting for it. UPS did not deliver by then. We recently checked the the tracking and it says it was delivered at 8:05 pm but we did not receive it.

@KwiksetCorp We did file a claim against the warranty but the money is lost. The streets of Baltimore city are not going to wait for any warranty to process. We needed a new lock ASAP.

@KwiksetCorp This lock officially cost us nearly triple it's original ticket price: $120 first lock, $120 locksmith, $35 new lock + all the time spent dealing with it.
