Thank you for all the feedback regarding this tokenization initiative between BYON and Tzero.
As many are aware this is the first of its kind. There isn’t a playbook to reference and the regulatory environment around the SEC with security offerings is quite complex.
This first issuance is small, very small and it’s a step to doing what should have been done long ago.
I’m keenly aware of the following.
1. People would like tokens issued as a dividend. I will work to understand what the rules, regulations and complexities are above and beyond the fact that certain holders can’t receive it.
2. The size of the offering is small and is meant to demonstrate efficacy and ability. We will work to create other ideas around the IP including certain Medici assets.
3. All proceeds, while small, go into the company.
4. These two small , overstock and baby, tokens are the beginning of something significant around RWA and RWA with yield.
5. As a shareholder the execution of this will provide more value to our tzero asset than anything else.
6. I will remove myself from buying the token to ensure that the entire lot is available, and will work expeditiously to open up other opportunities to reward holders as long as compliance and process are followed.
For years the company did nothing with these investments and I found it necessary to get the ball moving. Much has happened behind the scenes and many of the limitations I am equally disappointed with for now.
We are making real progress in the business and for the first time proving our blockchain assets are real.
Under the Biden administration, homeownership became unaffordable for millions of Americans.
As the new Director of @FHFA, Bill Pulte will lead the agency to address our broken housing system and help put more Americans on the path to homeownership.
Senate confirms Pulte as top housing regulator, with market's future at stake
Pulte will have oversight of mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which have been in government conservatorship for more than 16 years.

You gotta have a personal code of ethics that you won’t break or bend for no one. No matter how funny people start acting, no matter how goofy the world gets, stick to your code
