Water quality has been a priority for me before the crises in Flint and Hoosick falls, when people told me you can't cut ribbons for infrastructure, and to focus somewhere more politically advantageous. That's the kind of mayor I was, and that's the kind of governor I'll be.

NYS property tax is higher because of who we fund Medicaid. I have proposed Medicaid takeover for non-NYC counties and refund those #propertytaxes back to owners. Need to look for nonprofits to contribute more to pay for the services they get. #LWVNYDebate #VoteMiner
