There appears to be a concerted media push to see Biden Joe as "done." When I think of what is important in a leader, I think of things like discernment, the ability to maintain one's serenity under fire, the ability to think through a situation, to listen, to not get boxed in.

We are not used to thinking of elders as people to turn to for leadership. A seasoned elder who has demonstrated the ability to work across the aisle & the world is invaluable & critical at this point in history. An octogenarian wisely delegates to the stamina of younger people.
