There is a ceiling on how much protein a human can eat, and past it the food starts to kill you.
It sits around 35 percent of your calories. Not a preference. A hard limit, set by the liver.
Protein is nitrogen-rich, and burning it for fuel leaves you with ammonia, which is poisonous. The liver converts that ammonia to urea and ships it out through the kidneys. That machinery has a maximum throughput. Flood it and the ammonia backs up faster than you can clear it.
So a man can sit down to unlimited lean meat, eat until his belly is tight, and starve anyway. He weakens, gets a splitting head and the runs, and inside a couple of weeks in the cold he is dead, with meat still sitting in the pot.
The fix is never more protein. It is fat. Fat burns clean: no nitrogen, no urea, no ceiling. Add enough of it and the same lean meat that was poisoning the man keeps him alive indefinitely.
This is why every serious meat-eating people on Earth prized the fat over the muscle. Marrow, back fat, the fatty organs, tallow rendered and stored for winter. The lean was the part you could afford to hand to the dogs.
Lean protein is a modern health slogan. To the people who actually lived on animals, it described a slow way to die.
Been reading up on how normal people make omelettes and I need to lie down.
Two eggs. That's the standard. Two. A man will crack two eggs into a bowl, whisk them with the enthusiasm of a hostage, pour out something the size of a beer mat, fold it over a single mushroom, and call that his breakfast.
And they've got tiers. Three eggs is, and I promise I'm not making this up, considered "a big one." A treat. A weekend indulgence. Blokes are describing a three egg omelette the way I'd describe a christening.
"Ooh, I went for three today." Did you. Steady on. Call an ambulance and a priest.
One egg omelettes exist. I've seen the recipes. One egg, beaten thin, cooked till it's basically a crisp, slid onto a side plate. A side plate. There's real estate to spare. You could land a light aircraft next to it.
Meanwhile I'm standing over the big pan looking at my sixth egg going in with the mince and the butter, wondering if I should hold back so it doesn't come across as showing off.
Three eggs. Heavy. Lads, that's a rounding error.
Also, this is critical theory in action.
This index is inherently based on the idea that morality is subjective, that there is no objective truth, and that all ideas and belief systems are worthy of equal consideration.
That is the essence of critical theory: the absence of objective truth.
Under the "dignity index" Nazis and jihadists are worthy of respect.
THAT is "dignifying" abject evil, and nothing more.
The left honestly believes they can take over a reputable institution, gut it, then start spitting out “studies” asserting the most ridiculous and contradictory things, and we just have to accept it, because once upon a time, said institution used to be intellectually reliable.
Thomas has been embedded in the Inter-Movement Impact Project since at least 2023, the same coordination network where ex-USAID employees discussed applying foreign democracy tools to the United States.

You understand what you're seeing in this thread, from @DataRepublican?
Do you REALLY?
Do you really understand it?
A whole bunch of people out to destroy America from within, and STOP Donald Trump & MAGA saw Charlie Kirk/TPUSA and how they moved 40%+ of America's youth in the 'WRONG DIRECTION' since 2020 were ECSTATIC when Charlie was killed.
THEY SAW THEIR MOMENT ARRIVE.
AND THEY TOOK IT.
Charlie being taken away was a MASSIVE positive development for these people.
They instantly began to ORGANIZE and PLAN how to REVERSE as much as POSSIBLE what Charlie and TPUSA had ACCOMPLISHED, and shift that 40%+ of US youth BACK under THEIR CONTROL.
And a shit-ton of their organizing and planning revolved around how to marginalize/sideline/handicap/destroy TPUSA, which was now in a weakened position with Charlie's death.
Don't tell me you don't see it.
Data Republican went and GOT THE RECEIPTS.
Mamdani was planning to meet with Iran, but the Trump administration stepped in and stopped it.
This was also happening as Iran was plotting an assassination of POTUS.
Kinda sounds like the Dems are aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States in wartime.
Treason.
Do you hear anyone else speaking this manner? Buddhists? Jains? Seventh-Day Adventists? Protestants? Catholics? Jews? Hindus? No. There is only one religion that openly speaks in this supremacist manner and yet we tolerate it under the guise of "freedom of religion." Are we truly willing to commit Civilizational Seppuku via Suicidal Empathy?
Who remembers the old Sinclair service stations with the big dinosaur on top? When I was young, I always loved to see it when my father stopped at Sinclair for gasoline and a quart of oil for the old Rambler station wagon.
Most Americans have no idea how hard the Founding Fathers fought NOT to fight. I mean they really exhausted every avenue with the king, and then some.
That tradition carries on today. We fight hard not to fight. Very hard.
But when we do?
Be somewhere else.
The governor of Oklahoma raises a glass of raw milk to a camera in 2026, takes a swig, and tells the state it tastes like freedom.
He had just signed a law lifting the cap on how much unpasteurised milk a farm can sell directly to the public, from a hundred gallons a month to fifteen hundred, and making it legal to advertise the stuff. Oklahoma is one of a run of states pulling raw milk back out of the shadows. And every time one does, the same warning goes up: this was banned for a reason, have you forgotten why.
So it is worth remembering exactly why. The real reason has been quietly mislaid.
In the growing American cities of the mid-1800s, milk became a genuine killer, and the reason was an industry. Distilleries producing whiskey had a hot, sour waste left over called swill, and someone worked out you could feed it to cows packed into sheds right next to the still. The animals lived in filth, diseased and dying on their feet, and gave a thin bluish milk so poor it was doctored with chalk, plaster and molasses just to pass for milk. This swill milk poured into the cities and killed infants by the thousand. That was the scandal that built the case for pasteurising milk and regulating dairies, and it was a fair case against that milk.
Here is the part that got quietly folded in. The same wave of law that rightly killed off the distillery-slop dairies also swept up the clean stuff: milk from healthy cows on grass, on small farms, drawn into clean pails. All of it got tarred with the swill-dairy brush and pushed toward the same ban. And once the big pasteurising plants and the consolidated dairies were built, keeping the small raw producer locked out stopped being about disease at all. It became about who was allowed to sell milk.
The filthy urban swill dairy vanished a century ago. The suspicion it earned got pinned, permanently, onto a farmer selling clean milk from healthy cows at his own gate.
They banned the milk of dying cows fed on distillery waste, which was right, and then kept the ban aimed at the farm down the lane, which was never the problem.
“Trump won’t do that.”
Trump snatched Maduro from his bedroom, killed not one, but two batches of Iran’s leadership and their families, kicked Russia/China out of our hemisphere, took over the global flow of oil, decimated Iran, all while Russia/China watched.
That doesn’t even take into account the strikes in Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Nigeria, etc., or what Trump did in North Korea and Saudi Arabia in his first term.
Anyone who thinks Trump doesn’t have the balls to do what is necessary, you are sorely mistaken.
I was on drive time radio in Philly yesterday, see below.
Hopefully more clips are coming as we talked at length on the depoliticization of the Department of War and the distinction between vocally defaming your chain of command and vocally supporting your chain of command.
Thanks WPHT and @oldgravypodcast!
I think Mamdani might end up being the best thing that ever happened to us.
Why? Because he is openly collaborating with our enemies in wartime. He is paving the way for Trump to declare the Dems as UNLAWFUL ENEMY COMBATANTS!
The Dems are collaborating with our direct enemies in wartime, and that’s not even mentioning aiding and abetting our enemies with their consistent stream of anti-American and pro-Iran MSM propaganda and disinformation. Also, the Dems refused to enforce US law and defend our borders, allowing our enemies’ insurgents to walk across our border, in which the Dems harbor them in “sanctuary” cities.
Well over 99% of people have no idea just how severe our situation is. This is a zero-sum game between the American People, and Communist/Globalist insurgents seeking to overthrow this nation from within.
And if anyone thinks Trump doesn’t have the stones to do something about it, you are mistaken. The process is already long underway. Trump and the US MIL have been setting the stage this entire time. Trump is going to save this nation, and he told us many times he is willing to use the full array of powers as Commander in Chief to do it.
Bookmark this post. One day, the Dems will be officially labeled as “unlawful enemy combatants”, and we will try them as literal terrorists via military tribunal.
