Lucid Trading Permanently Banned — Appeal Update
First of all, a huge thank-you to @JoelofTrades for accepting my appeal, handling it so quickly, and letting me know the outcome.
It changed from “Cross-user coordinated trading activity was confirmed between your account and another linked user” to “your account was flagged for anomalies in device data that you used to purchase, log in, and trade, and this has remained.”
I’m not a full-time trader; I also have a regular job. When I have spare time during work, I use my company computer to monitor the markets and look for trading opportunities. If Lucid Trading had clearly stated on its official website that using multiple devices to purchase an account, log in, and trade was prohibited, I would never have violated the terms of service. For those who have been banned, did you also use multiple devices to purchase an account, log in, and trade?
I was just notified that the ban on Lucid Trading has been lifted. I’m incredibly grateful to @JoelofTrades—I even cried. Lucid Trading is the best prop firm!
Thanks also to @ajtradinglucid for founding such an amazing prop firm, and to the @TradingLucid team. Finally, thanks to myself for not giving up.
I recommended Lucid Trading to a colleague because I simply believe it’s a good company. By accident, I also logged in to my account on the company computer and completed my first purchase. Both of our KYC checks passed your verification, and there has been absolutely no trading activity linking our two accounts. If there has, please provide evidence instead of permanently banning us just because two users logged in on the same computer.
Lucid Trading Permanently Banned — Appeal Update2
First, I want to apologize to @JoelofTrades because my speculation led to him being misunderstood. But I also want to clarify things and defend myself regarding the accusation in your latest reply: "Your account and another user's account were both accessed, traded, or purchased from the same IP address and device ID. The mathematical probability of this device ID matching another user's—let alone with the IP address also matching—is virtually impossible." This is indeed a fact. I once recommended Lucid Trading to another colleague, logged in on the same device, showed them how to use it, and bought an account once. But that was all, because at the time, Lucid Trading was undeniably the best prop firm for beginner traders.
Back to the main point, none of the five accounts I used for copy trading this time were hedged with anyone else. I also used my own trading strategy to earn payout rewards, which is why I was able to receive a payout from another prop firm, Tradeify, as well.
Finally, I’d like to ask: no matter how much more I explain, is there really no way to change the outcome? After all, I was penalized for hedging fraud, but that isn’t true. The two users had no related trading activity whatsoever. If there was hedging, please provide the evidence. If the reason for permanently banning me and denying my withdrawal application is that two users logged in on the same device and purchased accounts, then that seems far too severe a punishment. You initially accused me of fraud, but I feel more like I’m the one who was defrauded. The money I spent buying accounts for the exam and the stress of copying trades across five accounts were both real. Please add a notice to Lucid Trading’s official website stating that having more than one user log in and purchase accounts on the same device may be considered suspicious fraud and a violation of the Terms of Service, resulting in a permanent ban.@TradingLucid@ajtradinglucid

@lwayscocacola@ajtradinglucid Lucid Trading said, “Cross-user coordinated trading activity was confirmed between your account and another linked user.”
Then show me the evidence that my entry and exit points were hedged against the other account.
