The worst part is foreign aid to what? I've written this a couple times and deleted it, but here it goes...

I live in Western North Carolina.

I watched Joe Biden hand out billions of dollars to Ukraine.

Yet, nearly every single day here, we would get calls from families with young kids who lost their homes, begging for shelter.

During those months, I truly lost all hope.

I watched BILLIONS of dollars go out the door to another country's war, while we were driving RVs to KIDS AND THEIR PARENTS living in tents, garages, a tool sheds.

You will never convince me that Ukraine deserved billions while American citizens in Western North Carolina had to beg each other for help.

Unless you lived through that experience... unless you personally dropped off an RV at the doorstep of American mountain momma and her kids who lost everything, like I did...

...you do NOT get to tell me what we "owe" Ukraine

I wasn't a MAGA person back then. I was honestly a stuck-up jerk who thought I was better than you because I got my news from "the experts".

I couldn't have been more wrong.

Once you see the media turn on you, your own government abandon you, the bubble begins to burst.

Then, you can't unsee it.

"America First" isn't just a slogan.

It's a blood-curling-scream into the night for all of us who were abandoned by our own government when we needed it the most...

That's why I'm MAGA now.

Good news folks ...

Europe and especially the UK will be providing everything Zelensky needs from now on to keep fighting for years and never have peace.

They'll be providing all the money and all the military weaponry. Oh yeah, and what they can't provide, Canada will be more than glad to make up for it. Trudeau will be happy to.

We can now forget about Ukraine and the never-ending money being flushed down the toilet - and we can start spending our hard earned money on our actual citizens.

I agree. But the reality is that both the US and Europe have been funding Putin. The biden administration drove oil prices up, European countries bought the oil, and the biden administration didn't inforce sanctions. This war started because of the Biden administration and European weakness. That said, none of this would have happened under Trump. I feel bad for the Ukrainians. But anyone that believes Putin will make a peace deal without extreme pressure from Trump and the US is nieve. I don't know what Trump has threatened Russia with, but it's not nice. Demorats talked tough but did nothing, Trump talks nice but carries a big stick. Zelinski forced Trump to use the stick.
