Bought back into #LND after a long hiatus. A feeling now is the time.

They tried to sell a few years ago, no interest. But it was peak inflation and gold was $1600 + dodgey MRE

Now they have a robust MRE and a huge amount of $ in the sector and strong understanding of geology

@EthanStrange12 What do other brokers use as their base gold price? Suspect many will be $1600-17000. Would guess very few use $1900. Bigger problem is the valuation model its self, 75% discount from NPV with no scope for future growth.
