果てしない青空の下、凛々しく輝く雪の山。
タイムラプスの表現で捉えたのは、夕暮れの光がゆっくりと雪に覆われた頂と凍った湖面をなぞるように移ろっていきます。

Hasselblad Masters 2026 Finalists｜Landscape Category

Three shortlisted series in the Landscape category of Hasselblad Masters present distinct interpretations of natural environments across deserts, polar regions, and transformed night settings, focusing on the relationship between landscape structure, temporal change, and residual traces of life.

A parallel world is invoked at night using ultraviolet light. Long exposures reveal an altered state as certain minerals fluoresce in cold blues and greens, lichens flare orange against wet stone and other surfaces absorb the wavelength and stay dark.

Polar landscapes are mostly hidden by snow and ice, highlighting nature's patterns specifically. Minimalism lets vacancies arise, which offer room for imagination.

The desert is not empty. A lone tree, beetle and lizard tracks, brief proof of life. Scattered vegetation quietly redraws what we call "barren", turning the dunes into a living, fragile, poem.
