FYI, the people that say yeah, both sides suck but we have to hold our noses and vote against the other side, are exactly the reason the side they vote for sucks. Because no matter how bad they suck you keep voting for them, and they know you’ll keep voting for them so they can just continue to suck knowing that you’ll vote for them anyway.

Ever wonder whatever happened to Trump's promise to cap credit card interest at 10 percent?

Here's what happened to it.

Back in January, Trump called for a hard 10 percent cap, at least for a year, to give families buried under 20-plus percent rates some breathing room.

He even got Bernie Sanders and Josh Hawley to write the bill together. When Bernie and MAGA land on the same page, you know the little guy actually had a shot.

Then the banks showed up. The lobby swarmed Capitol Hill, and the bill's been parked in committee ever since. No vote. No cap.

Banks claimed if they are capped at 10% they couldn't offer credit to those with low credit scores.

And people forget, a president can't just snap his fingers and cap rates. It takes Congress. And Congress answered to the banks, not to you.

Trump put it on the table. The swamp sat on it!

There's a whole thing going on right now that if you aren't voting republican or aren't voting at all you are "voting for commies!" --- actually, I'd argue the real "vote for commies" was this administration sitting on their butts for two years not doing enough to remove the threat.

Instead you got renamed maps, White House video games, Trump TV and the president literally shaking hands with guys like Mamdani wishing him luck. So please spare me the concern.

Next time maybe don't wait until two months before midterms to feign outrage and do something about it starting day one like you were supposed to. 🤷‍♂️

I'm old enough to remember how the neocons destroyed the Republican party in 2008, the Democrats won huge majorities in both houses.

Of course the Democrats didn't stop the wars, close Gitmo, cancel the Patriot Act or slow down the surveillance state, instead they bailed out the bankers.

The Republicans clawed back into power promising smaller government, lower spending and to repeal and replace Obamacare.

Instead we are now $40 trillion in debt, massive inflation, they ignored the DOGE recommendations, they started another war and insurance costs have skyrocketed.

We have two political parties that never do anything they promise. We aren't voting our way out of this.

Too many Americans are in a cult and they do not even know it.

You have to vote blue because if you do not, the Republicans will win. You have to vote red because if you do not, the Democrats will win. If you vote for the third option, people say it is a vote for this party or that party.

This is what happens when people stop thinking for themselves. This is what happens when loyalty to a color becomes more important than loyalty to truth.

Brainwashed Americans are the ones dragging this country toward a future none of us want. If people actually woke up, united, and stopped obeying the same two establishment paths, we could take back our country.

But instead, many keep obeying their master. They keep repeating whatever they are told. They keep defending whatever their side does. And that blind obedience is leading us straight into a nation that will collapse in our lifetime if we do not change course.

Real patriots do not bow to a party. Real patriots do not worship a politician. Real patriots stand for truth even when it goes against their own side.

I'm a three-time Trump voter and I'm dropping some hard truth bombs about the Uniparty.

The Republicans are throwing the Midterms intentionally. They are all Uniparty operatives.

Both Democrat and Republican politicians are figure heads who do what they are told.

Remember that the majority of people voted for what Trump promised.

We all still want those things. We just need to convince both Democrat and Republican voters that there is only the Uniparty and the Uniparty stands against we the people.

We must vote for true outsiders who will stand up for We the People and honor the Constitution.

As is stands we have zero representation and our Republic is a hoax.

It's too late to change the midterm, but 2028 is our last hope. After that we will be controlled by AI, AI robots and the tyrannical Uniparty forever.

The vote I have is mine and you don't get to tell me what I can and can't do with it.

I plan on punishing the Republicans who took advantage of my vote since I turned 18 years old. I'm almost 60 years old and I plan on staying home.

I've decided if Republicans want my vote, they're going to have to earn it from now on.

I wasn't a "3 time Trump voter."

I vote in the Primary.

I voted for @realDonaldTrump 6 times, not 3 like most of you who act like you're political experts.

When elected Republicans start to vote for Republican issues and when they stop passing everything Democrats want.

When they're more concerned about what I think of their vote and not what Democrats think of their vote, I'll start voting again.

This year after the crapshow under Biden that elected Republicans funded, Trump's second term was their last chance to earn my vote and they failed again.

I think it's ridiculous that so many Republicans are still willing to show up to reelect them after they have had the opportunity to do great things for us but they chose not to.
