I am calling on President @realDonaldTrump and the @DOJCrimDiv to investigate corrupt courts, corrupt public officials in Chicago, @JBPritzker@ChicagosMayor
If we are serious about fixing crime, then all crime must be addressed.
Street crime matters. Violent crime matters. Public corruption matters. White collar crime matters.
A city cannot be healed while criminals on the street are punished and criminals in suits are protected.
Chicago needs justice at every level. @TheAfroElite
This was last year. @FlipChicagoRed exposed and shined a light on this illegal migrant shelter that taxpayers were paying approximately $700,000 a day for.
Citizens were raising concerns and felt they were being ignored. We brought attention to what was happening, brought the citizens to City Hall, and that lead to the closure of the migrant shelter at 4900 Lake Shore Drive.
Last year, we took a trip to the shelter at 4900 Lake Shore Drive. This facility was placed directly across from high-rise condominiums. Taxpaying citizens pushed back because they were raising concerns about what they were experiencing in their own neighborhoods, including reports of crime, prostitution, drug use, drug dealing, illegal restaurants, Defecating on the sidewalk., and other issues happening .
What was supposed to be a temporary shelter was being considered for a more permanent situation. Meanwhile, just one block away, we had homeless Americans sleeping on the ground.
This location was in Alderman Desmon Yancy’s district, and there were also other shelters throughout the city.
P.S. Didn’t they divide our families and tell us to kill our babies?
Chicago Flips Red brought Hyde Park Citizens to City Hall. When we tell you the disrespect, censorship, and lack of care for citizens are real, they are real. Hyde Park Citizens had a chance to experience it firsthand.
Now, people are asking for literature about CHICAGO FLIPS RED.
Brandon Johnson is counting on the Black vote, particularly the Black senior vote, to help carry him back into office. That’s the strategy.
For decades, many voters have felt taken for granted by the Democratic Party, expected to remain loyal while their communities continue to face serious Disinvestment, and Economic Death.
Chicagoans deserve to be heard, respected, and put first.
Meanwhile, his allies, like these Nonprofit, Churches, Aldermen, and friends are profiting off the very shelters that are destabilizing Chicago communities. They don’t care about safety, property values, or tax increases, because they assume we won’t push back. They assume we’ll vote the same way even when we’re being disrespected, displaced, and endangered.
But the tide is turning.
Chicago’s South Side is waking up.
The Black vote is not your birthright, it’s a contract. And when you break it, we walk.
As Mayor, here’s what I’m going to do.
I will immediately order a full forensic audit of every migrant shelter contract, vendor agreement, and taxpayer dollar tied to shelter operations to expose exactly where the money is going.
I will push to end sanctuary city policies/status.
I will prioritize homeless Chicagoans first, our veterans, seniors, and families, ensuring they are not pushed aside while city resources are redirected elsewhere.
I will push to transition away from long-term shelter dependency and move toward accountability-based, time-limited emergency housing with clear exit pathways.
I will protect neighborhood zoning and give citizens real power in decisions that impact their safety, property values, and quality of life.
And I will make sure Chicago tax dollars are spent on Chicago citizens, no exceptions, no backroom deals, and full public transparency.

If you’re a struggling Chicagoan in the 40th Ward your Alderman is asking that you dish out some money to support his reelection.
Chair: $7,500
Champion: $5,000
Host: $2,500
Sponsor: $1,000
Supporter: $500
Friend: $250
40th Ward Resident: $40
I’ll never understand these ppl, in one breath he’ll say ppl can’t afford groceries & in the next ask for money so he can keep his part-time job that pays twice as much as the average Chicagoan.
Servants are getting paid way too much.
@BrianCostin Read the comment below about what the detective say thanks for pointing out that genius without substance again just grabbing a little headline
Mariage de Taylor Swift à New York. La chanteuse a exigé des barricades et une protection hors norme pour l’évènement. Par contre elle veut pas du mur anti-immigration à la frontière pour protéger son pays 🤔

Meet Pastor Stephen J. Thurston II: Following the CVI Money Trail
Pastor Stephen J. Thurston II has publicly been associated with New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church / The COV Chicago and leadership efforts involving Live Free Illinois/Live Free Chicago.
As Chicago continues investing millions of taxpayer dollars into community violence intervention (CVI) programs, questions remain about how those funds are distributed, monitored, and measured.
Public records show Live Free Chicago received multiple grants through the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA), including:
* $3,176,200 (Contract #5TRCC162505)
* $121,624 (Contract #50RRR925396)
ICJIA records also reference ARPA funding for a Community Healing Resource Center providing trauma recovery, crisis intervention, clinical case management, psychotherapy, medication management, and related support services.
Publicly available nonprofit filings also report millions of dollars in revenue and program expenditures.
Pastor Stephen J. Thurston II was also recognized in 2024 as a Lori Branch Community Ally Inductee by the Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus Hall of Fame for his community leadership and service…
Public Criticism of a Mayoral Candidate
July 2026, Pastor Thurston reposted a video of Danielle Carter-Walters, Vice President of Chicago Flips Red and a 2027 Chicago mayoral candidate, speaking during a public event at Daley Plaza.
Along with the video, he shared commentary questioning her leadership, including statements such as:
* “Can you raise money?”
* “Can you build a coalition?”
* “Can you move from feelings to facts?”
* “Can you solve problems… or just highlight them then bitch & moan about them?”
* “If you label yourself a leader and no one is following you… you’re just taking a long solo walk.”
The post also included commentary questioning who Danielle Carter-Walters was speaking to during her public remarks. Chicago Flips Red views the repost and accompanying comments as public criticism of its Vice President and 2027 mayoral candidate.
Questions That Remain
As taxpayers continue funding these initiatives, questions remain:
* What services were delivered under the $3.176 million ICJIA contract?
* Which churches or community partners received funding or sub-awards?
* Did New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church or The COV Chicago receive any subgrant, contract, lease payment, or partner funding?
* Were performance reports submitted?
* Were audits, monitoring reports, or corrective actions issued?
* Did Stephen J. Thurston II receive compensation from any related organization beyond what is publicly disclosed?
Four generations of church leadership should leave behind stronger neighborhoods, stronger families, and safer communities. Many Chicago residents believe it is fair to ask whether decades of leadership and millions of taxpayer dollars invested in violence-prevention programs have produced the results the public was promised.
If organizations are now seeking additional public funding, taxpayers have every right to demand transparency, measurable outcomes, and accountability before more money is committed.
Pastor Stephen J. Thurston II knows what it takes to sellout.. from Gay Hall of Fames to CVI scams..
As the RICO Continues…

America is such an incredible nation, even the poorest people are overfed and obese, and the people who whine the loudest about the country refuse to leave.
Chicago families are paying the price for decades of failed Democratic leadership.
For years, residents have warned about flooding, backed-up sewers, damaged basements, fallen trees, neglected infrastructure, and city services that never seem to reach the blocks that need them most.
Chicago’s sewer system is aging. Some communities are dealing with infrastructure that should have been modernized long ago.
And yet, year after year, Democratic mayors have found money for political priorities while basic neighborhood needs are treated like an afterthought.
Now residents are watching millions of dollars get redirected toward the illegal immigration crisis while long-standing Chicago taxpayers are still waiting for sewer improvements, drainage solutions, tree removal, storm response, and basic city maintenance.
That is not compassion.
That is mismanagement.
A city that cannot protect homes from flooding, clear dangerous trees, maintain infrastructure, or respond to residents should not be asking working families to keep paying more while delivering less.
Chicagoans deserve leaders who put residents first.
Fix the sewers. Clear the trees. Protect our homes.
Stop wasting taxpayer dollars.
Prioritize the people who have been funding this city for generations.
Enough excuses. Chicago needs accountability.
Happy Independence Day, Chicago/America! 🇺🇸
Today we celebrate the birth of the greatest nation in the world and honor the brave men and women who fought, and continue to fight, to protect our freedom.
As we gather with our families, friends, and neighbors, let us remember that freedom is never guaranteed. It must be protected, cherished, and passed on to future generations.
I pray for God's blessings over our military, our first responders, our police officers, our firefighters, and every family across Chicago and America.
As I continue my campaign for Mayor of Chicago, my commitment remains the same: to fight for a safer, stronger, cleaner, and more prosperous city where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and every neighborhood has the opportunity to succeed.
May God bless you, may God bless Chicago, and may God continue to bless the United States of America.
Happy Fourth of July!
