@TelkomZA Which means I will forever paying Telkom, are they doing this to keep my account in their collection department so that I will keep paying. Secondly why is this amounts not declared in my statement? How am I supposed to know that I have these amounts that I am owing???

Please help me & retweet until @TelkomZA see’s this. I have an eSIM card for data of which I should be paying R59 a month. I have been ignoring the xtra amounts that have been deducted on my accounts even in the middle of the month until yesterday.

I went to @TelkomZA yesterday Gateway branch, simply coz I wanted to check why was my line suspended. Please note Feb 5th I received a statement from Telkom to pay R59 by 29th of Feb. The lady that assisted me was so rude, didn’t even want to listen to my story.

@TelkomZA This is not even the amount the lady said I owe from collections. Now my question is who is deducted these amounts? If it’s collection department why they did not collect the full amount or they want to come back in the middle of the month so that I will be charged rejection fee?

@TelkomZA The lady also advised me to wait until the day they deduct coz she also didn’t know when they will deduct. I woke up this morning Telkom has deducted R271. @TelkomZA now tell me who is deducting this money? It’s not the amount on statement firstly.

@TelkomZA I asked the lady from call centre to give me banking details from these people so I will just settle this amount cos I am frustrated at this point, the lady has no details asked me to send her my details on email so she can check for me. Secondly I have no debit order date. Why?

@TelkomZA Jan statement says I must pay R262,45 by 31st of January. The previous statement shows that this amount was paid on the 31st of January now make me understand why is my account under collections & owing R331???

@TelkomZA Finally ke I got to speak to someone from the call centre, I was suprised that my account is under collections, yet I received a statement that I should pay R59 by 29th. The lady told me I owe R341 so I am asking her how? Coz I have paid what my Dec statement asked to pay

@TelkomZA The gentleman than took out his phone & made a call (call centre) coz I have explained to him that I was on 11% which the other lady didn’t even care to listen when I told her that. Till today I don’t understand why @TelkomZA do not have even one person in the branch 4m accounts

@TelkomZA So she than asked another guy to help me to request a call back. I thank God for that guy for giving me an ear just to listen to my frustrations without being quick to reply. By the way the call back was requested just after 5 & I only received a call before 8pm @TelkomZA

@TelkomZA All she was quick to say was that my line is suspended coz I did not pay for January. I tried to explain to her that I have paid & it’s showing even on my statement. She than said well that’s what it’s showing on my side, I don’t work on accounts department. @TelkomZA
