PUBLIC NOTICE: LANDLINE 911 calls have been effected in Western North Dakota by a damaged fiber-optic line north of Bismarck. Callers are urged to use a cellular device, if possible, to call 9-1-1. Calls can also be received into Minot Central Dispatch by using 701-852-0111.
