The Heilman's Performance of the week goes out to Ava Williamson and Maggie Fricke! Ava and Maggie both took home 1st place high points in their respective age groups this weekend at the Minot Fry or Freeze Meet.
This week's athlete spotlight is Rylie Webb! Rylie is a JR on the swim team at Minot High School and has trained with us since junior high. Rylie always brings positive energy and has been working hard to improve as much as possible before her senior year of competetive swimming.

Coach Lisa promised some of the high school boys swimmers that she would jump in the pool if they placed top 3 at state. The boys got first so in she went! 😂😂
Heilman's Performance of the Week goes to Caleb Rist! He swam 10 events this weekend with Personal Bests in all 10 swims. Also swam a New ND short course overall record for 13-14 YO boys in the 200 fly. #HPoftheweek
