What happens when a government platform is reimagined with a global product mindset?
ICDIC’s transformation wasn’t just a redesign.
It was a shift in perception.
So we designed around behavior, not pages. Mobile-first. Clear structure. Minimal friction. Simple, trustworthy, and future-ready by design. Designed & Developed by @Minsky_in#minsky#development#Design#UIUXDesign
Most school websites act as notice boards.
We chose to build an identity.
For Prime Public School, this wasn’t a redesign - it was a beginning. A website that serves as the first impression, the trust signal, and the first point of connection for parents.
Technology at scale should feel invisible.
Cleaner interactions.
Lower latency.
Faster perception.
Better participation.
When infrastructure is designed well, users don’t notice the engineering - they simply move through experience.

Performance is not a feature.
At public scale, it becomes infrastructure.
While building TVK’s digital platform, the challenge wasn’t visual design alone — it was reliability under mobile traffic, weak networks, multilingual delivery, and traffic spikes.
@TVKVijayHQ@TVKPartyHQ
Every engineering decision was anchored to one question:
“Does this improve the user experience?”
Built with:
* Next.js 15
* Cloudflare edge delivery
* Hybrid ISR
* Aggressive caching
* WebP/AVIF pipelines
* End-to-end type safety
@TVKPartyHQ@TVKVijayHQ
Built for mobile-first access, fast information consumption, simplified navigation & performance across varying network conditions.
We didn’t ask:
“How should a political website look?”
We asked:
“How should a movement feel online?”

Most political websites just store information. We believed this one needed to do more.
At Minsky, we built TVK’s digital platform with a product-first mindset focused on real users, real behavior & real scale.
This was about experience, not just visuals. @TVKVijayHQ@TVKPartyHQ
