Perhaps a controversial take but need to take some of the ambiguity away from handball rules If it hits the hand it's an indirect freekick no ifs or buts. Bookings, direct freekicks and penalties can only be given if the ref feels there is intent.

@AGroundsss To a point.... There's still a few names which I think should have made the cut over others without changing the philosophy he was going for. 100% correct on Foden and Palmer though
