My heart breaks to see the pimples worsen. They spread across Tasneem's face, scattered red spots that now cover it completely. They are painful to the touch. When she scratches them, they become hot and red, turning her face red and swollen. The weather is exacerbating her condition. Tasneem cries uncontrollably.
