How to succeed in yr fan page and connect to the fans or customers?

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

@isterence by using social media, customer can interact with the travel agent through instant messaging or direct dialigues.

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

Increasing engagement by using social media network such as fb,twitter. "many to many " strategy

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

The goal should be customer oriented but not transaction oriented. To improve value provide to customer is the way to survive!

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

@HeiBoyChan yup! can check whether they always go trip in specfic date for example anniversary or birthday!!

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

Strategy: acquire customer-> familar with them, build services and product, add value to customers and then increase revenue!

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

@HeiBoyChan surely not high-class. It provides faster transaction and lower price to customers!

[Minter Cheung @MinterCheung]

Disintermediation occurs in travel industry due to the change in value chain and potentially cut the middleman-travel agent.
