@MccloudAshton @CreatureFabrics When it comes to real business matters like this rather than furry drama, the risk of liability is much higher since damages can actually be measured. If I were in their position, I’d make sure everything is factual to avoid legal issues, so I’m inclined to believe it’s true.

@CreatureFabrics From the files imo it’s easy to conclude that Yami was making any and every effort to extract money from the other two partners which goes against what was agreed. Now Yami is trying to force money out of people because they’re desperate through coercion and manipulation.

@CreatureFabrics If you look through the documents it’s pretty clear cut.

Kael and the other partner cash flowed the business and no one was taking funds out for 3 years. In exchange for labor Yami got equity. This is standard in startups.

As a side note years in photography don’t matter by the simple fact that in one year a photographer could do 300 shoots and another photographer in 10 years may have done 20 as well as effort to improve.

@marshislive low key years ago when I did photography for a living ( not furry ) I put out amateur work and would get paid more then this… looking back I’m like damn idk why people paid for it but they were happy 😅🤷

@SvenFennec Haven’t talked to you in forever Sven but yes completely agree. Not sure why photography isn’t as respected in the community as someone that draws for example photographers spend similar amounts of time honing in their skills l.

@ArcticFoxHiro @TheBissening With that being said it’s not meant as a jab at you but bringing respect to the hundreds or thousands of hours photographers spend honing in their craft. They deserve to charge what they want especially when they put out good work photography is an art at the end of the day.

@ArcticFoxHiro @TheBissening Flynn, Gear has nothing to do with good photography. You shoot with better gear than Dire, from your photos though I can tell you’re a novice photographer. If I had a full suit I’d be fine paying $200 for a solid photo of my suit that could be my pfp.

@dire_walf If you can’t afford it you’re not his customer. Photography is another form of art and skill just like fursuit making or drawing.

@Vaalrein_Hyena YES I highly recommend it. Being a furry really slowed my development and growth so spending time away was very important to me. I still enjoy the fandom but with some healthy distance created.

@BetaEtaDelota This sounds like more of a self confidence issue if you feel this way everywhere that healing would have to come from within and learning to love yourself would be the first step.

Communicate with those in your circles about how you feel affirmations sometimes help.

@floofypawjob @a11ienzz And the reason I so strongly agree with you is because I tried countless of times to help friends because I wanted them to succeed but they didn’t put in the effort. Can guide a horse to water but can’t force it to drink.

People were mad because they thought they couldn’t afford it on a con budget 🤣 now they’re just mad they don’t have enough friends to make it happen. Guess it wasn’t about the money then oop.

My husband and I are now upper class but both of us grew up poor. There was several times I didn’t have a meal growing up and got kicked out for being gay at 16. I busted my butt off to make it happen even with severe depression and bipolar disorder. Just takes effort.
