OPEN LETTER TO UN SECRETARY-GENERAL @antonioguterres 🇺🇳🇦🇫

On behalf of 2,457 signatories, we urge the UN Secretary-General to act on reported continuing Pakistani airstrikes and cross-border attacks affecting Afghan civilians, homes, markets, hospitals, and essential infrastructure.

We call for an immediate halt to attacks endangering civilians; urgent UN Security Council engagement; safe humanitarian access; and an independent, impartial international investigation into reported civilian casualties and damage.

The letter highlights the reported 16 March Kabul rehabilitation-hospital strike and the reported latest strikes in Kunar and Paktika. Afghan civilians deserve protection, truth, accountability, and reparations—not silence or impunity.

OPEN LETTER TO AFGHANISTAN’S UN MISSIONS @faiq_naseer @AndishaNasir 🇺🇳🇦🇫

On behalf of 2,457 signatories, we call on Afghanistan’s Permanent Missions to the UN in New York and Geneva to take urgent, coordinated diplomatic action regarding reported Pakistani airstrikes and cross-border attacks affecting Afghan civilians.

We urge the Missions to seek an immediate halt to attacks endangering civilians; an independent international investigation into reported civilian deaths and attacks on homes, markets, and medical facilities; safe humanitarian access; accountability under international law; and full reparations for victims and survivors.
