@Airtel_Presence@Airtel_Presence No one contacted me today aswell and the promised engineer visit never happened. Since March all I’ve received are apologies and fake assurances while the issue remains unresolved. At this point pls let me know the process to discontinue my Airtel Black account.
@Airtel_Presence why my tickets being closed without resolving the issue? Its been 10 days and I havent received a single call or engineer visit. Absolutely pathetic service and zero accountability. At this point I guess Ill have to switch to Jio bcaz this is beyond frustrating.
@Airtel_Presence your concerned team must be the busiest team ever. My issue has been highlighted since March, yet no call, no resolution and no action. The only thing moving fast is the copy paste apology. Being an Airtel Black customer clearly has no value. Premium plans substandard service.

@Airtel_Presence additionally the tickets that were raised in March and whose details were shared in DM have not received any update till now. Really disappointing service and support from Airtel.

Very frustrated with my Airtel Black plan. Mobile network is poor, Wifi is dropping during WFH and DTH frequently goes blackout with channels not even changing. This is seriously affecting my work and daily use. Wat exactly am I paying premium for? @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence

Serious issue at Uran Railway Station, @RailMinIndia@Central_Railway waterlogging under the station is making access impossible. Passengers are forced to take long detours and many officegoers missed their trains. Next train in 30 mins. Please resolve urgently. Pic attached.
@royalenfield Extremely disappointed. Despite replacement of brake oil, ABS modulator & ECU unit, my bike still shows error on the speedometer within the same month. On top of that Rashid Kunni & Nilesh Sonawane (Ram Motorcycles Nerul) behaved arrogantly. Totally unacceptable.

@BlueDart_ My waybill no 81844836345 was due for delivery by 29th Oct, but today is 1st Nov and it still hasn’t arrived. The status says Consignee Not Available, but I haven’t received any call in these 3 days. How can I be marked unavailable? Please look into this urgently.

@BlueDartCares Its been a week now of constant followups on calls and tweets, yet @BlueDart_ has failed to provide a single update on my order. Im only getting the same copy pasted responses. When I spoke with Elizabeth, all she did was read from a script no real answers, no update.
