EXPOSING THE ALLEGED JR RECRUITMENT SCAM IN GMC RAJOURI.

What’s happening inside one of J&K’s Government Medical Colleges is not just a failure of process. it is a betrayal of merit, justice and youth.

On 24 July, GMC Rajouri released a list of 28 selected Junior Residents.

But what lies beneath this list demands urgent answers.

1. No written exam was held.
Why was a transparent, merit-based written test skipped altogether?

2. Only a walk-in interview was conducted. According to candidates it was more about formality. Nothing serious was asked about.

3. Over 70 candidates had applied, many with outstanding academic records, yet over 90% of the selected names are from the Rajouri-Poonch belt.
How is that possible without bias?

4. Deserving students from the same institution (GMC Rajouri, 2019 batch) some with the highest marks in professional exams were rejected without explanation. The proof is attached below (Prof exam screenshots).

5. Meanwhile, candidates who had failed in multiple subjects, some even labeled D.O (Drop Out) or Re-appear, were selected. The proof is attached below (Prof exam screenshots).

6. Not a single Kashmiri candidate was selected from the college itself. Why this regional exclusion?

7. Interview marks were never published.
How can a recruitment list be finalized and released without even disclosing the marks? What are you hiding?

8. A shocking case.
A candidate already relieved after completing 3 years of JRship at the same college has been selected again.
How? Is this even legally permissible?

9. A message from one of the rejected candidates.
My father is a driver. I have worked day and night to make him proud. But we were not even asked a question. Just sitting there felt like the result was already decided. (Proof attached)

This is more than negligence, this is alleged institutional favoritism.
This is merit being crushed under the weight of influence, regionalism and nepotism.

Medical negligence isn’t an accident. It is the result of incompetence being rewarded. Stop compromising on healthcare. We deserve skilled, qualified doctors, not selections based on favoritism. This is about our lives, not someone’s influence.
Merit cannot be bartered for connections.

Another day, another shocker! Out of 575 lecturer posts referred to JKPSC for recruitment, only 238 are for open merit students, while 337 are reserved. This injustice needs to stop! Fail to understand why is the NC led govt continuing with BJP introduced reservation policy? Requesting @OmarAbdullah sb to revamp the new reservation policy strictly as per population numbers.
