✨ This Day of the African Child, let’s remember that many children are quietly carrying emotions they cannot express. Not every child knows how to speak about what they feel, but that doesn’t mean nothing is going on inside.

💙 Yesterday, we came together not just for a picnic, but for brotherhood, laughter, honest conversations, and a reminder that men's mental health matters
To every man carrying silent battles: you don't have to do it alone. You are not weak for asking for help.
#mensmentalhealth
Did you know that some of the strongest men you know may be fighting battles you can't see?
Behind the smiles, the jokes, and the "I'm fine" are real emotions that deserve to be heard.
This Men's Mental Health Month, let's normalize checking in, speaking up, and asking for help

For this World Children’s Day, I spent time in local schools sharing kindness pamphlets and listening to the voices of young hearts. This year’s theme, My Day, My Rights, reminds us that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month – a powerful reminder that men’s mental health matters too.
It’s okay:
✔️ To talk about your feelings
✔️ To ask for help
✔️ To cry
✔️ To go to therapy
✔️ To not be okay
Let’s end the stigma and start the conversation.
You are not alone.

🥰💪🏾 Today, I joined #IWD2025 to raise my voice for all the women who have suffered rape and violence in Congo. Every Congolese woman deserves to live in a safe place, free from fear and suffering.
We refuse to be silenced. We refuse to be broken. Our voices matter, #FreeCongo
It is normal to feel anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed. There is no better time than now to prioritize your mental health; Take-off some minutes to focus on your breath; inhale deeply for 4 counts; hold for 4 counts; exhale slowly for 4 counts to reduce feelings of anxiety.
Happy world children's Day.
I decided to do something cool with kids. the last few weeks, I visited dif schools . The goal was to meet as many kids as possible, raising awareness about the impact of bullying and teaching them the importance of kindness .

As a victim of childhood bullying myself, I have decided to make it my mission to advocate for empathy and understanding among kids because a happy kid is a fulfilled adult.
