"I bought shares worth N20,000 in Fidelity Bank 18 years ago and never checked how much I had made. But after hearing about Dangote selling shares, I decided to finally check my investment in September 2026.
To my surprise, I was told the shares had only given me a total of N5,332 after 18 years.
~ Man cries out and regrets not using the money to buy land instead 😂
The reality with the average Nigerian man.
After hustling for decades to be financially stable, they go ahead to marry a non virgin who was raised from a poor home, give her a better life her father couldn't, provide for her and automatically becomes the wife under their own roof.
Since a happy wife makes a happy home, they submit to their wives will and becomes scared for a woman they used their money to marry.
Anytime he offend his wife, he becomes scared to enter his home which he's paying the bills.
A man who's supposed to be a masculine figure in his home will set up ringlight to shoot content with his wife of how she emasculate him and making him look stupid all for social media engagement while women laugh in the comment section because of his stupidity.
As soon as a man get married, their first motive is to post content on social media to push the narrative to fear your wife. And that's how the younger generation of men enter marriage with such mindset, which is why women are misbehaving everyday because they know men have pushed the narrative on their behalf that "it's women nature"
These men will marry rubbish and want other men to follow in their footsteps to fear their wives and when you call them out for their stupidity, they'll threaten you with "marry first"
Nigerian men too useless.
In the course of my engagements with Nigerians at home and in the diaspora, many of them have sought my opinion on investing in the ongoing Dangote Petroleum Refinery Initial Public Offering.
While encouraging them to buy, I must say that I remain very proud of the commitment and breakthrough of Alhaji Aliko Dangote's investment in the real sector of our country’s economy, across different sectors. This validates my position that we should move Nigeria from consumption to production.
I, therefore, encourage other Nigerian businesses to invest in the productive sectors of the Nigerian economy and also give fellow Nigerian citizens the opportunity to be part of the re-industrialization of the country by offering their shares to the public through public offerings. -PO

The Igbos who chastised Landmark CEO, Paul Onwuanibe for not investing the $47m in Southeast instead of Lagos where the investment was demolished, should ponder these: What is the purpose of #OneNigeria if one’s investments outside his tribal lands are not safe? If Dangote can safely invest in Lagos without any apprehension of being demolished, why should the Igbo investor be treated differently? Must Igbo investors be marooned in the Southeast while still being regarded as Nigerians? Where’s the fair play?
