The agreement until June 2030 is done, sealed and will be announced in the next hours.

Xabi’s contract to run from July 1st but set to start working immediately also on transfers.

At this point, I think the only reason Xabi Alonso won't end up as Chelsea head coach is if Chelsea don't agree to his terms and allow him the freedom to build his team, just like in Enrique’s case, and we ended up with Pochettino.

If the same thing happens again, I will give up on BlueCo. It's as simple as that. They can't keep making the same mistake and stressing my life unnecessarily. Imagine where we would've been if they had listened to Enrique. 🤔

The fact that Xabi Alonso hasn't ruled himself out of the Chelsea job gives me a lot of confidence.

It's up to Chelsea to offer him favorable conditions that will entice him to take the job.

We missed Nagelsmann, missed Enrique; we can't miss Alonso. Just do whatever it takes to sign him and get this project up and running again.
