@DPDgroup_news I’m really annoyed. I ordered a newborn car seat from you on 2nd Dec & have now had 16 messages (the same every day) saying my parcel has been delayed & will arrive the next day - I was then promised Fri 16th and same message again! What’s going on? It’s ridiculous

[Miranda Read Wilson @MirandaCaster1]

@TSB Sure and thanks for your speedy reply

[Miranda Read Wilson @MirandaCaster1]

@TSB I have been on hold to the fraud line all morning… I have had £300 taken out of my account and need help asap please

@GracoBaby I’ve just DM’d you

[Miranda Read Wilson @MirandaCaster1]

@GracoBaby please help, we’ve only used our Lovin Hug baby swing a handful of times for our 7 week old baby and no it won’t switch on. We’re really disappointed this has happened in a couple of weeks. Can you advise please x

[Miranda Read Wilson @MirandaCaster1]

@PizzaExpress hi please help, we just left our family Christmas grotto photo on our table in Pizza Express Trafford Centre and can’t get through on the phone to tell them. It was quite expensive and a family memory, please can you inform the restaurant ASAP

@Apple I have a MacBook Air that I bought with you in 2015, I’ve used it for work purposes only and since that time I’ve had to have it repaired 5 times, I’ve spent over £300 on repairs, I’ve just had it repaired again and it’s still broken. Please can you help, it’s ridiculous
