@TicketmasterCS I had booked ticket for Cirque de Soleil which was rearranged twice. I can not attend the new date as I no longer live in the U.K. not foreseen when booked two years ago. How do I get a refund? I can’t reach anyone to find out and the event is next weekend O2.

@SaraBee64307721 @passportwaiting My husband just received his passport approval this morning. I chased again at weekend via DM. Had a reply this morning to say it’s being processed and couldn’t say any more. Half hour later an approval text and email! Hope you all hear really soon.

@SaraBee64307721 @ankitakhaund @passportwaiting I don’t understand how some first adult passports are so much quicker than others. As if all the visa process isn’t hard enough. I was told no extra checks if naturalised in last 12 months so why does it take so long? Nobody can answer that.

We haven’t booked yet but desperate to see family we haven’t seen since Covid. Meant to be 7/11 not sure at this point.I don’t understand why some go to ‘application being processed’ others just approved!

@JosephO34293666 @passportwaiting My husbands first passport was docs received 24/9 and after three weeks we had the same text again then 18/10 switched to application being processed. We hope to travel 7/11 but haven’t booked it yet. Doing my head in! I’ve tried calling and DM but you just get standard response.

@HM_Passport My husbands first passport application was sent 19/9. We had a ‘documents received’ text on the 24/9. Three weeks on and we’ve just had the exact same text and email ‘documents received’. Why are we getting this same message three weeks later?

@SkyHelpTeam i live in Petersfield and have been without internet since 4pm - please can you give us an eta for when this will be fixed? I can’t work without it so it’s quite serious for me.
