Update from the ILA/IASL lobbyist: “Prior to passage, the nurse and teacher librarian sections were struck from the bill by Lofgren's amendment (which passed easily by voice vote). So a new bill will move to the Senate floor with NO MENTION of teacher librarians or nurses!
