Hey @WestJet, if you’re going to have 12+ hour wait times maybe don’t have so much talking on the hold music. It’s really annoying when trying to go about my day or like watch a movie while spending 1/2 a day on hold.

@WestJet why am I not allowed to change a flight online if I have already changed it once? Why would you force me to stay on hold for an estimated 12 hours when I could change it myself in 2 minutes. This is beyond inconvenient.

Hey @UPS my package from @Nordstrom says it was delivered to my front door... it’s not in my lobby or in front of my apartment and no one called me to come collect it. There is no package or delivery slip. Any suggestions on where it may be?

@SkipTheDishes why don’t you require that your couriers wear a mask? Consistently deliveries arrive without a mask... but only from skip never from Uber Eats or Door Dash. And no mask isn’t an option for feedback.

@canadaposthelps My package (a very delayed Christmas present) has been sitting at the post office since Dec 23. The note says “Item rescheduled for delivery next business day.” Wednesday is two weeks that it’s just be sitting there. And it’s been 27 days to deliver YVR to YYC.
