KYC Update

As many of you may have noticed over the past 10 days, the KYC service on the launchpad has been temporarily on hold while Sumsub completes its due diligence review.

This is a normal compliance step where they review company documents, company structure, legal information, and related materials. Our legal team is already handling the process.

We initially expected this review to be completed by Friday. Unfortunately, due diligence in the Web3 sector can be a very time-consuming process, and it is taking slightly longer than expected.

We have also updated the previous 14-day KYC requirement. KYC no longer needs to be completed within 14 days of participation. Instead, users only need to complete KYC before they can claim their MRX at TGE on 1 September 2026.

This means the temporary KYC hold does not affect anyone’s ability to participate at this stage.

Thank you for your patience. We will share another update once KYC is active again.
