Universities from the Horn of Africa based in Somalia, Djibouti, Kenya and Ethiopia deliberated on how to establish strong partnership for a comprehensive One Health research, training and Development @aau@Horn @university of Liverpool @ILRI@siobhan Mor @eric Ferber
Am equally shocked when continental and sub regional organs shy off condemning this nor calling an emergency session. Who do we blame now when we as Africans remain too complacent about our wrongs
Isn’t Africa the future of the world in many ways?
Was hoping Africa is the future of this complex world. With what is happening in South Africa, the country that went through years of struggle is campaigning against fellow Africans from other countries.
@addisstandard appreciate the author’s reflection on PM’s presentation to staff as part of the university’s 75th year anniversary. Given the PM is a politician and his presentation entails truth, it was rather a wake up call.

@BMLenjiso Looks like this as well as your writing, as much as great contribution to the literary work, misses the essence of the concept and/or mixed up frames of thoughts.
@ethiopiansone What makes this great? Check out other countries including US states, states, cantons, regions…. maintain their own plate code vehicles. Such effort to nurture what potentially is divisive won’t help much and shouldn’t be trumpeted
@BMLenjiso While I salute the forbearers who maintained the Gada system despite all adversity, the generation of now is expected to keep Gada’s original tenets and do more to make it is the choice of governance, peace and development in the 21st C.
