Leadership should never depend on one person alone. A nation cannot build its future around a single individual, no matter how much propaganda tries to present him as irreplaceable.

The case of Rwanda is a clear example. Kagame is often praised as a great leader, but dictatorship is not leadership. A dictatorship is built on fear, intimidation, and disrespect for the rest of the population. It is a system where one man, or a very small group of people, decides that they alone know what is best for millions of others.

This is unacceptable. It is deeply disrespectful to the entire population of a country. Where does one man, or one small group, get the moral authority to decide that their ideas, their vision of life, and their way of thinking are the only ones that matter? Why should everyone else be expected to follow blindly, without questioning, without debating, and without having the right to think differently?

Even if one man were truly exceptional, a country should never be built around one strongman. That is not sustainable. No human being is eternal. People come and go. No one lives forever.

What truly matters in the life of a nation is building strong institutions, fair laws, and a system where people matter more than one leader. A strong country is not built by worshipping one man like a small god. It is built by respecting different opinions, encouraging debate, and creating institutions that are stronger than any individual.

This is the reality of Rwanda today. One man is treated as though he is above the country itself. He acts as though he is the institution, often with arrogance and disrespect toward anyone who dares to disagree. Yet his followers continue to praise him as a model leader.

I am here to call this out and to express my complete disagreement with this way of seeing leadership. A strong nation is built on institutions, justice, fairness, and respect for every citizen, not on the worship of one man. #MillenzMovementRw

Thank you, Sheila, for continuing to raise and expose the hidden wrongdoings and crimes committed by those in high command of the current RPF-Kagame junta. These questions about accountability and justice deserve much attention. Serious war crimes, extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, unlawful detention, and other serious human rights violations done by General Muhire or under his watch and supervision must never be ignored or protected by political power. No individual, regardless of rank or influence, should be above the law. These are credible evidence of crimes, Rwandans demand that these serial killers such as General Muhire, Kabarebe and others should face justice in accordance with international law. Impunity is unacceptable. Every victim deserves justice, and Rwanda deserves institutions that uphold the rule of law, protect human rights, and ensure that no individual is above accountability. Munyuza is well known in the Rwandan society as the mastermind of the killing operations within the RPA killing machine apparatus during the RPF invasion of Rwanda that took RPF to power. He was operating within DEMAI which was the killing machine wing of the RPF at that time. Even after when Rwanda was captured by the RPF-Kagame regime, Munyuza continued to occupy and he continued to play a big role in the mass killings and disappearances of so many innocent Rwandans in Kagame junta just because of their opposite political opinions from the RPF ruling party on power in Rwanda.

While Munyuza is mentioned to be involved in all these serious human rights abuses (killings and poisonings of RPF-Kagame regime dissidents), he continued to enjoy his freedom and has never been taken to court to be punished for all these wrongdoings he committed. More importantly, and above all, Munyuza is well known regarding the use of “utuzi twa Munyuza” a kinyarwanda term translating - using poisoning to eliminate political dissidents in a famous recording that went viral on social media implicating him in directing killing operations using poisoning to eliminate Rwandan dissidents in exile. These are grave human rights abuses that should not be tolerated and that deserve independent, impartial, and transparent investigations. Impunity is unacceptable. Due to these substantiated crimes popularly known by every Rwandan and which are now open secret, it is high time for Munyuza be brought before a court of law and held fully accountable. Accountability must begin at the top. If the Washington Accord is now being described as a disastrous mistake, then the Rwandan people deserve to know who made those decisions, who negotiated them, and who will be held accountable.

This is a common a pattern from President Kagame. He is known to always shift responsibility onto others instead of taking responsibility himself and accepting his responsibility as Command- in- Chief at the highest level of leadership. President Kagame, as Head of State and Commander-in-Chief, is ultimately answerable to the people for the decisions made under his leadership. If this is not another attempt to mislead the public, then Rwandans are waiting to see concrete action taken against those responsible. Otherwise, it raises legitimate questions about whether these statements amount to political hypocrisy and propaganda rather than genuine accountability.

Rwanda deserves transparent leadership, equal accountability before the law, and leaders who take responsibility for their decisions instead of looking for scapegoats. The people deserve actions, not just words. #MillenzMovementRw

As a young Rwandan who wants to see my country succeed, I have a question for my President @PaulKagame.

During the @rpfinkotanyi Political Bureau meeting on July 17, 2026, #Kagame admitted #Rwanda is heading into severe hardship because of sanctions. He also claimed that what he once believed was a beneficial Washington Accord later turned out to be nothing more than a #TRAP.

If that is true, when is he holding the following officials accountable?:

1️⃣ Foreign Minister @onduhungirehe, who led the diplomatic negotiations.

2️⃣ Defence Minister Gen. #AlbertMurasira, who oversaw the military framework.

3️⃣ Chief of Defence Staff Gen.
#MubarakhMuganga, who directed the operational planning.

4️⃣ Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. #VincentNyakarundi, who integrated the security and intelligence architecture.

These officials were deeply involved in drafting the #WashingtonAccord and CONOPS long before Kagame signed them on December 4, 2025.

If the agreement was truly a disaster that trapped #Rwanda, how are the very people who designed, negotiated, and defended it still occupying the same powerful offices❓

Why are ordinary Rwandans being told to bear the economic pain while those who are responsible for that catastrophic failure face no consequences❓

Someone in government should answer for this, pleaseeee❗️

The people of Rwanda deserve honest leadership, responsible stewardship of public resources, and institutions that serve the nation rather than any individual or political elite.

The Kagame -RPF leadership in Rwanda is a pure dictatorship that is maintaining and enforcing power through an authoritarian rulership. This is an insult to Rwanda. We Rwandans, especially the young generation of Rwanda, we refuse to be silenced and to be taken as hostage by the Kagame-RPF dictatorship and authoritarian regime.

The Kagame-RPF dictatorship, while violating the fundamental human rights of its own people in the country has spent millions to clean its image to hide the evil and the suffering they have been causing for all its 32 years of dictatorship in Rwanda aiming to mislead foreigners and outsiders and to impress the international community while, Rwandans have been suffering in silence.

It is time to refuse and to call out this Kagame dictatorship, these lies, propaganda and hypocrisy. Rwandans deserve better. Branding Kigali as the cleanest city in Africa while killing your own people does not addd up and does make any sense. Lack of respect of the fundamental human rights in Rwanda cannot be exchanged with having a clean city.

Rwanda needs genuine political space where different political opinions can be expressed freely and peacefully. Freedom of expression, freedom of association, and other fundamental human rights must be respected. I am deeply concerned by the continuation of intimidation, arrests, enforced disappearances, and killings of government critics and opposition figures, and these allegations deserve credible, independent investigations and accountability.

I strongly condemn corruption, abuse of power, impunity, and any violations of fundamental human rights. Rwanda’s future belongs to its citizens—especially its youth—who deserve freedom, opportunity, transparency, accountable leadership, and the right to choose their leaders through a genuinely open and democratic political process. Leaders must remain accountable to the people they serve.

To the youth of Rwanda: let us stand together, reject fear and injustice, speak out peacefully against wrongdoing, and continue advocating for a Rwanda founded on justice, democracy, respect for human rights, and the rule of law.
