Today in Doha, President Kagame met with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani @TamimBinHamad, Amir of the State of Qatar, during his one-day working visit to Qatar.
His Highness welcomed President Kagame at the Amiri Diwan, where the two leaders discussed the strong brotherly relations between Rwanda and Qatar, as well as the continued cooperation between the two countries across key sectors of mutual benefit.
President Kagame and His Highness Sheikh Tamim also exchanged views on regional developments and current international affairs, reaffirming their shared commitment to promoting international peace and security. President Kagame expressed Rwanda’s solidarity and continued support for the people of Qatar.

In Rabat, yesterday, Minister @onduhungirehe held a bilateral meeting with Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during which he transmitted a message to His Majesty King Mohammed VI from H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda.
During this meeting, the two ministers also discussed further bolstering bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Rwanda and the Kingdom of Morocco.
Today at Green Hills Academy, President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined Grandparents Day, where they enjoyed traditional Rwandan performances by the school’s Nursery Three learners.
The day offered grandparents a memorable opportunity to celebrate Rwandan culture alongside their grandchildren.

Kwa muktadha huo, tunaunga mkono uendelezaji wa nishati ya nyuklia katika kuongeza kasi ya kufikia lengo hilo, ambayo pia inaendana na lengo letu la matumizi ya nishati safi na salama.
Ili kufikia malengo ya uendelezaji wa nishati ya nyuklia Afrika, nimesisitiza umuhimu wa kuimarishwa ushirikiano kati ya wadau wanaohusika ili kuwezesha upatikanaji wa fedha, rasilimali watu na teknolojia. Sambamba na hayo, ni muhimu wananchi wakapewa elimu kuhusu uendelezaji nishati ya nyuklia ili wawe sehemu ya mageuzi haya.
