@AshleyPerryUK True, choice is good. All we can ask for is that people across all socioeconomic groups get the opportunity to leave properties that are no longer fit for purpose and be able to afford those that are.

I must agree with Richard on this one. With the housing probelms that we have, we really ought to try and cater to those living in unreasonable conditions and help them get out, as opposed to saturate the market with unnecessary products that most people can't afford anyway

Indeed, I do.
Same for PBSA, why do certain housing models have to 'solve' a problem? If people don't like it, they won't move and the model will fail.
