@SpotifyCares I've been logged off from Spotify on my phone.
1. I try to log in, it says that password is incorrect.
2. I try to reset password, it says that account doesn't exist.
3. I try to register that email address as a new account, it says that account exists already..

4. I click on "Need additional help?" button and it takes me to page doesn't exist.

All this time my Spotify account works fine on PC 🤔Not sure how this is so difficult.

@JagexSupport When I try to log in, it complains that my account has been locked. I log in on website to unlock my account it takes me to password reset. I change my password and try to log in again, it complains that wrong password. I did this now 5 times.. 3rd day I can't login

@JagexHelpFrost @Jagex @JagexSupport I am almost 100% sure what the problem is. Some accounts are listed on hackers/botters script. They keep trying to log in to our accounts even after we recovered our accounts.. Now bot scripts can't log in to my account and it block myself from logging in as well.... :/

@Jagex @JagexSupport Week 4? Maybe getting closer to week 5... Still can't log in due to "Too many login attempts"... Seems to become a weekly thing to me to complain here for not being able to play OSRS... no solutions yet.. neither replies to my ticket.. :(

@JagexHelpFrost @Jagex @JagexSupport The thing is that I've tried this, it doesn't work. I also tried to submit a ticket over a week ago with no replies.. I haven't been able to play OSRS for almost 5 weeks now due to this issue.. How can't we have a quick hot fix? Like ability to change login. 5 weeks.. thats a lot

@Jagex @JagexSupport I can't buy bond because I know it will go wasted... 3 weeks and playtime is maybe maximum of 1-2hours... Doesn't incentivise me to get membership knowing it will be for nothing. I want to start playing normally again..

@Jagex @JagexSupport Please solve this issue for me.. 3rd week now that I can't get in.. My gameplay time reduced from multiple hours a day to maybe 10-20minutes because I try to log in four hours.. when logged out, I can't log back in again...

@Jagex I need help @JagexSupport. Every time I try to log in to osrs, it complains that there are too many log in attempts and blocks me from logging in. How to deal with this issue?

@AdonayK @Jagex @JagexSupport Managed to log in once yesterday but I had to leave so I logged off. Tried to log in for the second time and didn't manage so I stopped trying. Maybe I'll have better luck today...

@JagexSupport How long has this issue been around? I've been struggling to log in for 2 weeks now and it always takes me 15-30min to get in. Even if I change ISP. I was hacked and my account was used to bot on (got perma banned) but Jagex returned it. Assuming my old logins are on bot script.
